Felons Brewing Co

Working alongside Woodsters and Signright Australia, TXTR Studio was engaged to execute without doubt, the most challenging, ground-plane mural we have ever completed. Spanning over 840sqm of floor and using over 2.4kms of masking tape – this project was delivered for Felons latest addition, the Felons Barrel Hall. 

Some serious, strategic planning was required to arrive at a process that would achieve the bold vision for the project – all within a super-tight time-frame.

We began with basic mathematics and a grid. That was the easy part. From there we drew the entire design with chalk line and began masking. The Felons wordmark was painted first, and when dry we could mask those letters and focus on the stripped pattern in the background. A large stencil of the stripes certainly helped the process.

Now complete, the Felons Barrel Hall is a visual feast in every sense. It is visually engaging, exciting and energetic with a super-graphic surprise on the floor.
